Production time (made-to-order)

Each Morita piece is made to order, a tradition that still lives in Tlemcen ateliers. Production begins after your order is confirmed.

• Tops / Bottoms: 3–4 weeks
• Dresses / caftan coats: 3–6 weeks
• Bridal / special commissions: timeline confirmed by email

Shipping begins once your piece is finished.

Shipping time (after production)

• France: 1–2 business days
• EU: 2–5 business days
• UK / Switzerland: 3–6 business days
• North Africa (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia): 3–7 business days
• Middle East: 4–8 business days
• North America / Rest of world: 5–10 business days

All shipments are tracked + signature on delivery.

Rates

rates will depend on your location and will be calculated upon you order.

Complimentary shipping on orders over €500.

Duties & taxes

• EU deliveries: VAT included. No customs duties inside the EU.
• North Africa & Middle East: Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Local duties/taxes are collected by the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Rest of world: same conditions.

Packaging

Minimal, protective, and plastic-free. Garments ship in archival garment bags inside recyclable boxes.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order leaves the atelier.
